Returns Policy

At Stackables, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience.

Should you for any reason not be happy with our product/s and notify us thusly of the issue or concern, you are welcome to our money-back guarantee.

In order to protect between us and you as a customer, we have included a box when checkout for you to accept our Exchange and Returns Policy of our business. Order completion is not possible without the selection or the ticking of the checkbox. We thusly accept this action as you have agreed to read our terms and conditions as well as the below important points (not limited to).

Our returns requirements are as follows:
1. Payable Fee – A courier collection fee of R99 will apply for returns or exchanges.
2. Timeously – Return is within the given time period (7 days from customer delivery)
3. Purchase Proof – Customer can present us with a valid Order/Invoice number.
4. Returned to Us – The product is collected and returned in the agreed-upon state.
5. Intentional Damage – The product was not intentionally or irresponsibly damaged by the client.
6. Usage – The product was not used in a manner in which it was not intended.

After notification of the pending return with the specified 7-Day time period from the time of the sale of the online delivery:

– We will gather all the required information and if all the return requirements are met.
– We will send a payment link (courier collection fee).
– A courier will then be dispatched to retrieve our product/s.
– Only upon return-delivery and inspection of the product, we will action the refund to the specified account take place.

The process may take between 5 to 15 business days.

A courier collection fee of R99 will apply should you wish to exchange your Silicone ring for a different size. This fee covers the collection and delivery of the returned product and your new ring at the required size.

Please ensure you check our size page for more information on how to select the correct size of your silicone ring. You will be required to submit an exchange request via our exchange form and once we are notified of the pending exchange with the specified 7 Day Exchange Window from the time of the sale or online sale delivery:

– We will gather all the required information and if all the Exchange requirements are met.
– We will send a payment link (courier collection fee).
– A courier will then be dispatched to retrieve our product/s.
– Return-delivery and inspection of the product. – Satisfactory product return condition is met. – New product is dispatched as per your exchange requirement.

The process may take between 10 to 15 business days.

We will not be able to accept back any product/s which may have been forcibly or intentionally damaged or torn.
Such is the nature of the product that although it is very strong and resilient, each product does have a breaking or tear point.
